Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for your Full On Foods subscription. It is designed to be fair, clear, and compliant with the South African Consumer Protection Act.
1. Your Right to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum subscription period.
To cancel:
- Log in to your account at fullonfood.co.za and cancel through your account portal, or
- Email us at hello@fullonfoods.co.za with your name and order number.
We will confirm your cancellation within 2 business days.
2. When Cancellation Takes Effect
- If you cancel before the monthly cutoff date and time (published on our website and in your portal), your subscription ends and you will not be billed for the next cycle.
- If you cancel after the cutoff, your current box will be dispatched as normal. Your subscription then ends and no further billing will occur after that box.
We do not issue refunds for boxes that have already been dispatched, except as set out in Section 4 below.
3. Cooling-Off Period
If you are a new subscriber and wish to cancel within 5 business days of your first order being placed, before your box is dispatched, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us immediately at hello@fullonfoods.co.za and we will process the refund within 15 business days.
4. Refunds on Dispatched Boxes
We do not offer refunds on dispatched boxes. Our meals are perishable frozen goods and once dispatched we cannot verify handling or storage conditions.
We will issue a refund or replacement if:
- Your box arrives in a damaged or compromised condition. You must report this within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to hello@fullonfoods.co.za.
- You received meals that do not match your confirmed order.
- Your box was not delivered, and non-delivery is confirmed by our logistics partner.
We will assess each case and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
5. Failed Payments
If your payment fails on your billing date, we will notify you by email. If payment is not resolved before the cutoff for that cycle, your box may not be dispatched. Your subscription will remain active and billing will attempt again on the next cycle unless you cancel.
