Please read these terms before using our website or subscribing to our meal service. By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Full On Foods is a brand of Health Kitchen (Pty) Ltd, registered in South Africa (Reg: 2021/774443/07), operating at fullonfoods.co.za. We deliver frozen meal subscription boxes to selected areas in South Africa.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and resident in a delivery area we service to subscribe. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Subscriptions
Our meal service operates on a monthly subscription basis. When you subscribe:
- You select a meal box and your meal preferences.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month.
- You will be billed on your recurring billing date via PayFast.
- You can modify your meal selections or cancel before the published monthly cutoff date and time. Changes or cancellations made after the cutoff apply to the following billing cycle.
The cutoff date and time are published on our website and in your account portal. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription before the cutoff.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT where applicable. Prices may change and we will notify you before your next billing date.
Payment is processed securely by PayFast. We do not store your card details. By subscribing, you authorise PayFast to charge your selected payment method on your recurring billing date. If a payment fails, we will notify you. Continued failure to pay may result in your subscription being suspended or cancelled.
5. Delivery
We deliver to selected postal codes in South Africa. Delivery areas and rates are published on our website. Delivery is carried out by our logistics partner using a frozen delivery vehicle.
Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather events, courier delays, or address errors you provide. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery or that adequate frozen storage is accessible at the delivery address.
6. Product Information
Our meals are produced in a facility that handles common allergens including celery, egg, milk, and mustard. Allergen information for each meal is published on the product page. It is your responsibility to review allergen information before selecting meals.
Our meals are not ready to eat and must be heated thoroughly before consumption. Heating instructions are provided on the packaging and on our website.
Nutritional information is provided as a guide. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee exact nutritional values due to natural variation in ingredients. Always consult a registered healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, particularly if you are on medication or managing a medical condition.
7. Modifying Your Box
You can change your meal selections through your account portal before the monthly cutoff. If you do not make changes before the cutoff, your previous selections will be used. It is your responsibility to update your selections in time.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by emailing hello@fullonfoods.co.za. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy applies and forms part of these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our service is limited to the value of the order in dispute. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
