Orders are generally shipped within 2–5 business days of being placed, subject to stock availability and your delivery area.
Business Days Only
Dispatch excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and South African Public Holidays. Orders placed on non-business days are processed on the next working day.
Local Courier Services
We use trusted local courier partners to get your meals to you safely. These meals will be delivered frozen in a normal box.

Delivery FAQs
Orders are generally shipped within 2–5 business days using local courier services. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your postal code and order size. The fee will be shown clearly before you confirm your order.
Your meals are packed frozen in an insulated box with dry ice or gel packs rated for transit. Meals will remain frozen on arrival. Transfer to your freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
Yes. Update your delivery address in My Account before your order is dispatched. If your new address falls outside our delivery zone, contact us and we'll advise on options.
Our courier will follow their standard process — typically leaving a delivery notice and attempting redelivery. Because your meals are frozen and temperature-sensitive, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your order. If you have specific delivery instructions, add them at checkout.
