Subscription

You subscribe to a monthly box of 14 meals. Each month before cutoff (Wednesday 17:00 SAST) you can log into your portal and swap any meal in your box. After cutoff your box is locked and goes to our kitchen. We charge monthly and ship the following month.

Yes. There is no lock-in period. You can cancel your subscription from your account portal at any time. Cancellations must be made before the monthly cutoff to avoid being charged for that month's box. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Yes. Log into your portal and use the "Skip Next Delivery" button before the monthly cutoff. Your subscription will resume automatically the following month.

When you sign up we build a box for you based on your stage and preferences. Each month before cutoff you can log in and swap individual meals. If you don't make any changes we'll carry forward your previous selection or suggest our Chef's Choice picks.

Delivery

We currently deliver to selected areas in parts of Gauteng and Western Cape. Enter your postal code on our homepage to check if your area is covered. We're expanding regularly — join the waitlist on our Delivery page if your area isn't available yet.

Orders locked by Wednesday 17:00 SAST are packed and dispatched on Thursday. You can expect delivery Thursday to Friday. Exact delivery windows will be communicated by SMS/email once we have more subscribers in your area.

Your meals are packed frozen in an insulated box with dry ice or gel packs rated for up to 24 hours transit. Meals should remain frozen or partially frozen on arrival. Transfer to your freezer as soon as possible after delivery.

The Meals

GENTLE is designed for the early phase of GLP-1 treatment when nausea and appetite suppression are highest. Milder flavours, easier digestion. CORE is for the maintenance phase — fuller flavours with consistent macros. FREEDOM is for those beyond active GLP-1 treatment who want maximum variety. All 14 meals are tagged across all three stages — your stage is a preference, not a restriction.

Up to 3 months when kept frozen at -18°C or below. Once thawed, consume within 24 hours and do not refreeze. A best-before date is printed on every tray.

Cook from frozen. This is not ready to eat and must be heated thoroughly before consumption. Lift one corner of the plastic film to vent and microwave from frozen on high for 5 minutes, or until heated through. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Heating times are a guideline only and may vary depending on the appliance.

Billing & Account

You are charged monthly, after the cutoff has passed. Your first charge happens when you subscribe. Subsequent charges happen every month.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via our secure payment processor. EFT and Ozow instant EFT are also available at checkout. We do not store your card details — all payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant gateway.

If your box arrives with a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind after cutoff, as your box has already been packed. See our full Cancellation Policy.

Log into your My Account portal and navigate to Account Details or Addresses. Address changes must be made before the monthly cutoff to take effect on the next delivery. If you have trouble, contact us and we'll update it for you.
