Design note: Product-on-colour hero (20 October), the approach premium food and nutrition brands use: one real plate, cut out cleanly, on a solid colour field that changes per slide, beside confident type. Ané's headlines and poster wording are unchanged; her poster ideas live in the stage (the two ranges on their own colours, a big 50% off, the meal's numbers as annotations). Plates are real photos cut out on exact circles (https://fullonfoods.co.za/wp-content/themes/storefront-child/fof-app/img/hero/plate-*.webp: shoot DSC01991 and DSC01468, job 35 v2).

    Three stages

When appetite changes, food needs a different strategy.

GLP-1 medicines can reduce appetite and change eating patterns. When people eat less, meals need to be more deliberate about portion size, protein, fibre and nutrient density. Full-on Nourish translates those priorities into a staged real-food approach.

Choose the range to see the meals

Design note: Real catalogue, taken from fullonfoods.co.za/meals (14 Nourish meals, 240 g) and trulygoodfood.co (9 Goodness meals, 300 g). On the live site every Nourish meal carries Gentle, Core and Freedom nutrition, so choosing a stage changes the numbers on every card instead of hiding meals. Goodness is only sold on trulygoodfood.co today, so selling Goodness memberships here needs WooCommerce Goodness products. Copy doc vs catalogue, to reconcile: card copy now uses the copy doc's rewritten descriptions for 11 meals. The doc gives Mexican Beef "black beans and corn" (the photo shows avocado) and Cottage Pie a "golden mash" topping (the live description says sweet potato and cauliflower; resolved 15 Oct: the card now says sweet potato and cauliflower with golden cheddar, matching the recipe sheet). It also lists Nourish Cottage Pie and Nourish Chicken Tagliatelle, which aren't in the live Nourish menu, and assigns meals to single stages, but every live Nourish meal comes in all three stages, so stage-specific wording was kept neutral. Data issues to fix: Butter Chicken Curry's only image is a pasta pack render. Cape Malay Lamb's description says 15 g fibre but its panel says 10 g. The Nourish product pages all share one generic description that uses the "world's first" claim the copy doc flags, so the card lines here are draft copy.
    Food intelligence

Why these meals. Why these portions.

Every range starts with a purpose. We set the portion, ingredients, protein, fibre and energy, then show you the numbers.

    Our approach

    Purpose first. Flavour always.

    01

    Start with the need.

Nourish is crafted for smaller appetites. Goodness was developed for everyday gut support using fibre-rich staples.

    02

    Full-on flavour.

A meal only works if you want to eat it because it tastes great. Our chefs make sure it does.

    03

    Show the numbers.

Protein, fibre and energy on every meal, with ingredients and allergens beside them.

The staple is part of the recipe.

Familiar meals made with more purposeful staples. Our pasta, rice and noodles are TrulyGood fortified vegetable staples, made mostly from sweet potato and cauliflower.

Full-on Foods uses TrulyGood fortified vegetable pasta, rice and pastry to add more purposeful nutrition to the meal. Each staple (pasta, rice, noodle or pastry) is made with vegetables, making them naturally rich in vitamins and minerals, and further enriched with specific micronutrients to support specific nutritional needs.

Design note: The copy doc asks for an infographic of the staple's ingredients and exclusions. Sources (checked 14 October): the "Vegetable Pasta" ingredients on all 14 Nourish product pages (fullonfoods.co.za) and all 9 Goodness pages (trulygoodfood.co), and TrulyGood's retail Vegetable Macaroni, which is the Goodness pasta. The 65%, the per-100 g values and the "left out" list are TrulyGood's published figures and claims for that retail pasta; the Nourish pasta gives no percentage. No ingredient list shows added vitamins or minerals; on 15 October the user decided to keep the "fortified" wording as it is.
    Inside Full-on Nourish

When appetite changes, every bite matters.

GLP-1 medicines can reduce appetite and change eating patterns. When people eat less, meals need to be more deliberate about portion size, protein, fibre and nutrient density. Nourish turns those priorities into a staged, real-food approach.

    What changes on a GLP-1

    You feel full sooner

Many people find their appetite drops and a normal plate becomes hard to finish. Meals naturally get smaller.

    Digestion slows down

The stomach can empty more slowly, so fullness lasts longer and a heavy meal may sit uncomfortably. Nausea, bloating, constipation or diarrhoea are common in the first weeks.

Each meal needs to be more deliberate

With less food overall, it gets harder to eat enough protein, fibre and nutrients. Protein is an important part of supporting muscle maintenance during weight loss.

    How Nourish answers it

Per 240 g meal, across the whole Nourish menu and all three stages. Every meal card shows that meal's exact numbers.

    01

    Portions sized for reduced appetite

Every meal is 240 g, so finishing a full meal is realistic when you feel full sooner.

    02

    Protein-dense recipes

Protein leads every recipe, and the staple adds to it: the Nourish pasta and rice are made with pea protein, egg and whey.

    03

    Fibre deliberately included

Fibre is built into the recipe, much of it in the TrulyGood vegetable pasta and rice, so it comes with a meal you already know.

    04

    Three stages: Gentle, Core, Freedom

Every meal comes in all three stages, with the nutrition adjusted to where you are in your journey.

    Three stages, one journey

    Gentle

    When eating feels difficult

    Often the first weeks

Early on, GLP-1 medicines can bring a full, heavy feeling and some digestive discomfort. Easier meals help you keep eating well while your body adjusts.

    • You get full very quickly
    • You struggle to finish your food
    • You feel bloated or heavy after eating

What the meals focus onSmaller portions, easier textures and careful fibre selection.

    Core

    When weight is coming off

    Active weight loss

Once you've adapted to eating less, the focus moves to quality. Studies show part of the weight lost on GLP-1 treatment can be lean mass, which is why protein matters most in this stage.

    • You've adapted to smaller meals
    • You're actively losing weight
    • You want to keep your strength while eating less

What the meals focus onProtein density, progressive fibre and nutrient density during active weight loss.

    Freedom

    When results need to last

    Maintenance

Research shows weight can return after treatment ends if eating habits and activity aren't kept up. Freedom supports a structured maintenance routine you can keep.

    • You've reached your goal
    • You're eating more normally again
    • You want a routine you can stick to

What the meals focus onBalanced meals, routine and longer-term appetite resilience.

Your stage is a guide, not a rule, and you can change it any time from your account. Not on a GLP-1? Nourish suits anyone eating smaller portions who still wants proper nutrition. None of this replaces advice from your doctor or dietitian.

    Getting the most from Nourish

    • Eat slowly, stop when comfortableSmaller appetites do better with slower meals. If you can only manage part of a plate, starting with the protein can help.
    • Heat from frozenRemove the film and heat until piping hot all the way through. The meals aren't ready to eat cold.
    • Keep a few in the freezerMeals keep for up to three months at −18 °C. Once thawed, eat within 24 hours and don't refreeze.
    Inside Full-on Goodness

Familiar meals made with more purposeful staples.

TrulyGood made the staple. Full-on Foods made the meal. Goodness takes dishes South Africans already eat every week, like lasagne, bolognese, butter chicken and cottage pie, and builds them on TrulyGood vegetable pasta, rice and pastry. Staples rich in fibre offer an easy solution for everyday gut support.

    What's in the staple

Sweet potato and cauliflower beside a heap of TrulyGood vegetable macaroni made from them

    Vegetables come first

The TrulyGood vegetable macaroni is 65% vegetables, mainly sweet potato and cauliflower, with tapioca and coconut flour in place of wheat.

    Plant fibre holds it together

Instead of gluten, TrulyGood binds its pasta and rice with plant fibres. That's where much of the fibre in each meal comes from.

    Gluten-free, no refined grains

Every Goodness meal is gluten-free, and the staples have no wheat, refined grains or added sugar. Each meal card lists its allergens.

    What each meal gives you

Per 300 g meal, across the whole Goodness menu. Every meal card shows that meal's exact numbers.

    Goodness or Nourish?

Build note: The Nourish and Goodness sections above come from the copy doc's approved range and stage wording, the live GLP-1 guide, the live product nutrition panels and trulygoodfood.co (TrulyGood staple labels, checked 14 October). Live lines the copy doc flags ("prevent micronutrient depletion", "freedom from rebound", "guilt-free", "lose the weight, not the muscle") are left out or rewritten in the doc's recommended wording. The numbers are calculated from the meal catalogue, so they update with it. Like the Nourish table on the Ranges page, this needs dietitian and regulatory review before launch. The staple photo also appears on the home page.
    Taste principle

Taste is not a finishing touch. It is essential to the experience.

A functional meal that is just as enjoyable as it is good for your health. Sauce, texture, aroma and familiarity are essential qualities in our meal craft.

    Claims

    Clear proof. Disciplined language.

We show verified nutrition values and use support language where health-related lifestyles are discussed. Full-on Foods meals are food products, not medicines, and do not replace individual advice from a doctor or dietitian. Always eat a healthy, balanced diet. Consult a registered healthcare professional if you suffer from any food allergies or if you follow a specific diet.

"See all articles" goes to /food-intelligence/articles/, and the old /nutriscience/ address redirects there (301). Each article keeps its current address (for example /how-much-protein-do-i-need-on-glp-1/), so search rankings and shared links still work. In the main nav, Food intelligence stays the only entry; there is no separate Blog link.

    Food intelligence articles.

Practical reading on GLP-1 nutrition, changing appetite, protein and metabolic health, written for South Africa. Each article is for education only and doesn't replace advice from your doctor or dietitian.

Build note: /food-intelligence/articles/ uses the existing page-nutriscience.php logic (WordPress posts, newest first, "Load more" after 9), in the new design. The category chips only appear once two categories have posts; today all five posts are "GLP-1 Nutrition", so they're hidden. Featured images: the protein, "Is GLP-1 right for me?" and metabolic health articles use the new photos from image jobs 30–32. At go-live they become those posts' featured images (the publish dates don't change). The other two keep their live images, as decided on 16 October.

Design note: Once-off and member prices are shown side by side. Nourish once-off boxes are fixed (R799.99 and R1 599.99); a Goodness once-off box is the sum of its meals at standard prices. Delivery is added to every order at the rate for the buyer's area, as the live shipping plugin works it out; no amount is shown until a postcode is entered. The 21-day join credit is dropped: a once-off buyer who joins later gets the same 50% off a first member order as anyone else. After launch, track the once-off share of first orders and how many once-off buyers join within 30 days.
    How your price works

Your first order, then every order after.

    R0

Design note: Nourish follows the buyer journey note (14 October): one price for every meal, R120 standard, R60 on the first member order (50% off), then R99 (17.5% off); once-off boxes are fixed at R799.99 (7 meals) and R1 599.99 (14 meals). Goodness uses the per-meal list from 14 October: the box is the sum of its meals at standard prices once-off, 50% off on a member's first order, then member prices; its figures here are "from" prices for the lowest-priced meals. Wallet rewards (R100 per order, R100 for an unboxing or review, R100 per referral) soften the step from the first order to the second. Delivery is charged on every order, the first included ("Full Delivery Charge" in the copy doc's member benefits; its older "Your first delivery is free" line is not used). Delivery differs by area and is worked out by the live shipping plugin (fof-shipping) from the postcode, so the page shows no delivery amount; checkout shows it once a postcode is entered (the mockup uses sample live rates: R248.40 Gauteng, R264.50 Western Cape).

Design note: Ané (20 Oct) asked for the membership benefits to be shown as a slideshow instead of a paragraph or table. Each slide is one benefit: a photo, one big figure and one line. It scrolls sideways (swipe on phones, arrows on desktop); figures come from the price data.

Change your mind before the next box is processed.

Swop meals, skip a delivery, pause the plan or cancel online before the published cut-off. The cut-off date is in your account and in every order reminder email.

      Something wrong with your box?

If your box arrives damaged, has the wrong meals or doesn't arrive, tell us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll respond within 3 business days. New members can cancel for a full refund within 5 business days of their first order, before it's dispatched. See our Cancellation Policy.

      Delivery is shown upfront.

Your delivery fee is calculated from your postcode and shown before checkout and again in your order summary. It's never buried inside a per-meal price.

Build note for WordPress: the "7 days before" reminder must cover the FIRST renewal. Today tgm_should_send_cutoff_reminder() returns false until a renewal order exists, so a new customer gets no warning before their first automatic charge, which is the biggest price jump on the ladder. Work out the first cut-off from next_payment instead of _tgm_dispatch_date.

Everyone who subscribed before membership launched keeps their current price for as long as they stay, and earns wallet rewards like every other member.

Founding member Your price is locked.

Nothing changes on your next charge. You now earn R100 in your wallet with every renewal, and your account shows your membership, your next delivery and every member perk.

Design note: This is the grandfathering decision, shown as a status. Whether founding members also earn wallet rewards is a business call.

      Manage your membership
Design note (navigation): One place for everything, laid out for the device. Desktop: a sticky sidebar, the same pattern as the shop filters, with the member's plan at the top, every section one click away and "Manage membership" always visible, so cancelling is never more than two clicks from any screen. Phones and tablets: a bottom bar with the four most-used sections in thumb reach, and "More" for Progress, Refer a friend, Help and the membership actions. Every section has its own address (for example #account/box), so Back works and reminder emails can link straight to "Your next box". Sections lay out by the space they get (container queries), so nothing gets squeezed next to the sidebar.
Design note: This is the portal redesigned for membership. "Cancel membership" is always visible and never more than two taps away. The cancel flow adds a one-tap reason and a matching alternative (pause, skip, swop or switch), with "Cancel membership" as a button of equal weight, never hidden. The reason goes to FluentCRM as a tag for win-back and product decisions. The live modal today only offers "Keep" or "Yes, cancel" (page-portal.php).
Design note (AI): Everything marked ✦ is written or suggested by AI. In this mockup it's scripted from the real meal data and account state so the flows can be signed off. Weekly brief: built from the freezer log (Planner tab) and the meal data. Stage check-in: the suggestion itself is plain rules (appetite + nausea + dose → stage), so a dietitian can sign it off and it can launch without a language model. The model only writes the two-line "why". Switching uses the normal switch, and the answers are health data under POPIA, so they need explicit consent and a retention period. Trip planner: in "Pause for 1–3 months", it checks each delivery's 2–4 business-day window against the member's dates and recommends a skip, a pause or a reminder.
